Sharyn Nichols is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and Life Guide in Los Angeles, California. With over 25 years of experience in mental health and wellness, Sharyn offers a holistic approach drawing from a number of diverse techniques from the yogic traditions, Human Design, and evidence-based strategies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. These practices can help clients experience a heightened awareness of their personal signs of stress and to learn tools to help them challenge negative thoughts. As a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher, she helps clients connect their mind, body, and spirit for a holistic healing experience so that they can learn to connect on their own with their true selves.


Sharyn is warm and compassionate. She creates environments which encourage her clients to feel all their emotions to facilitate the healing process. She skillfully guides her clients to work through feelings of frustration, anger, bitterness, and more to achieve satisfying, peaceful, and successful lives.
