With over 30 years of experience in mental health and wellness, Sharyn offers a holistic approach drawing from a number of diverse techniques from the yogic traditions, Human Design, and evidence-based strategies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.


As a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher, she helps clients connect their mind, body, and spirit for a holistic healing experience so that they can learn to connect on their own with their true selves.


As a result of Sharyn’s own journey, she realized the importance of the less traditional ways to process feelings of frustration, anger, bitterness to achieve a more satisfying, peaceful, and successful life. This led to her founding the Life Guide and Coaching company, Feel to Heal.
